Key Carpets are rip off artists & gypsies when it comes to their business. They have bad estimators that are sloppy & unprofessional & leave a mess in every room. The bids for the floors are off & they are just a joke when it comes to estimating.
I'm tired of dealing with a company that doesn't know up from down & right from wrong.

These guys are bad news & they can only make your floor look worse & they are very sloppy just like the owners son. What an unprofessional & lame company! They think they are great just ask them.
The estimates were off, the guys that offer carpet from the 1970's think that that thick shag will look good in my house and push it by force & think that they can intimitade me because they are men in my house. We do not like Key Carpets & will never use them and that estimater is way off in his estimates and then they try and charge me full price for some carpet I didn't even order and then want me to pay for it or they try and scare me.
I'm calling my lawyer and we'll see who's right.
